Delivery Information

We use UKMail and Royal Mail as our preferred carriers.

We take care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, however we do relay on 3rd parties to deliver our products.

If the goods are damaged or even look damaged whilst in transit and you want to make a claim, you must adhere to these common sense instructions.

  1. Sign for the goods as damaged.
  2. If the packaging looks damaged, take a photo of it BEFORE you open it.
  3. Inform Viper within 4 hours of signing for your item.

You need to help us so we can help you.

Goods that are damaged will be replaced as soon as possible with exactly the same product.
